The OG, back
The L.A. Classic · $12
Single 3oz black Angus patty, white American, house garlic aioli, grilled onions on a butter toasted brioche, with garlic shallot butter fries + a drink. The burger that started it all in Los Angeles.
The story
LA → ORL → MIA
Maxtro's started as experimental street food pop-ups all over Los Angeles, built on one idea: a food truck can cook like a steakhouse. The OG Smashburger put it on the map, and the menu kept pushing, Wagyu, surf + turf, skewers, melts, the works.
Then came Orlando. Two years of new friends, community, good food, good times and good music at Alfie's HiFi in the Mills 50 District, plus pop-ups everywhere from festivals to golf tournaments. Now Miami gets a seat at the table too, at The Hangout on NE 79th St.
Made with love. #EverybodyEats
